As a Vice President at Tandym Group, Paul oversees the Financial Services recruitment specialty area. In addition to managing his team, Paul specializes in the placement of candidates in investor relations/marketing, trade support, compliance, and risk-based roles with an expansive client base across the industry. Following a career in the financial services industry, Paul joined Tandym Group in 2012 as an Executive Recruiter, and quickly ascended to his current leadership role through his relationship-based recruiting approach.

“Rather than focusing on making one placement after another, I focus on building long-term relationships with every client and candidate I work with,” says Paul. “Making a job change or hiring a new member of your team is an important decision, and it is our job to guide all of our stakeholders in the best possible direction. To do this, it’s important to establish trust by keeping the lines of communication open at all times – regardless of whether someone is actively looking for a new job or new hire.”

Paul holds a degree in Marketing from Ithaca College, where he was a member of the football team. He currently resides in New York City and enjoys spending time with friends and family, and playing sports. Inspired by the quote, “your success in life will be determined by your ability to overcome adversity,” Paul makes it an initiative to give back to the community whenever possible. He is currently a committee member of Hedge Funds Care, a nonprofit organization that raises money within the alternative investment industry to prevent and treat child abuse.
