Michael Potenza is a Senior Vice President for the Tech division of Tandym Group. Michael joined the firm in September 2019 with the acquisition of TechLink, of which he is a founding member.

Michael brings over 20 years of recruiting and account management experience to the table, holding many positions and moving quickly up the ranks since beginning his career at TechLink. Consistently meeting and exceeding both personal and company goals, he sets himself apart with hard work and perseverance.

“In addition to sourcing and screening for top-notch candidates, I enjoy mentoring our staff and watching them succeed,” Michael says. “In managing them, my impact goes further in helping the company achieve its goals, as well as servicing our clients and candidates.”

Michael holds a degree in Business Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He is an active member of his community, and he enjoys traveling, sports, and exploring nature with his wife and four children.
