This week, as we recognize the powerful impact case management has made on healthcare, we want to extend a special thank you to each of the case management professionals we partner with. This year’s theme is Case Management: Exceptional People. Exceptional Care, which celebrates the dedication, compassion and quality patient care outcomes achieved by case managers.
