Tandym Group is pleased to announce that Meg Ksenzakovic has joined as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. In this role, Meg will be responsible for providing a tailored guided buying experience to clients for their unique contingent hiring needs.
Prior to joining Tandym, Meg spent over 22 years in various human capital related roles—supporting a variety of brands across industry segments. She has extensive client-side buyer experience, specifically in running large MSP programs from an HR sponsorship perspective. This experience allows Meg to bring a unique perspective to her role within the Strategic Accounts team. Meg’s success hinges on her belief that “relationship” is at the core of everything. She is a firm believer in investing time and energy into forming long-lasting bonds with all those she works with.
An industry thought leader, Meg has been named a Contingent Workforce Program Game Changer by Staffing Industry Analysts. She was most recently recognized for her work during the pandemic to ensure essential workers received pay relief and sick pay. In addition to this initiative, she’s been commended for her ability to look ahead and embrace change.
“I’m excited to be embarking on this next phase of my career with Tandym,” said Meg. “Contingent work can provide so much value to employers and professionals, especially in light of today’s fast-evolving workplace trends. I’m looking forward to strategically partnering with employers and helping them embrace the future of the contingent workforce.”
“We are thrilled to have Meg join our leadership team,” said Kyle Mattice, Chief Commercial Officer of Tandym Group. “Her deep experience in contingent workforce planning will play a key role in scaling Tandym’s solutions and ensuring key clients are equipped with the resources they need to navigate an evolving market.”
