On her background…

I earned my Master’s degree in Financial Accounting from Rutgers University, and I immediately began working at a Big Four after graduation.  After working as a lead on many of my accounts, I decided I was ready for my next career challenge.

On what she was looking for…

After five years of working within my firm’s audit practice, making the transition to internal audit felt like the next logical step in my career.  This type of move would allow me to diversify my experience and develop new skills, which could broaden the opportunities available to me in the future.

On how TESG worked to meet her needs…

Ryan was very diligent in preparing me for every interview.  Not only would he educate me on the organization, but he would share insight on what I could expect from the interviewer.  With this information, I was able to prepare for most of the questions beforehand, and I could perform with confidence every time.

On her overall experience…

During my daily interactions with Ryan, I could tell that he truly understood what I needed, so I trusted that he would know which opportunities would be the best fit for me.  That was proven when he called me about my current position.  I met with the organization the following day, and I immediately felt that it was the right place for me.
