On his background…

I’ve been enthusiastic about technology ever since my parents brought home a Commodore 64 when I was young. Throughout high school and into the beginning of college, technology was a hobby of mine—until my classes in web design showed me a possible career. After graduating from NYU in 2003 with a degree in Economics, I decided to pursue a career that blended my love of technology with my degree. For me, that clearly meant working in the technological side of the financial services field.

On what he was looking for…

When I partnered with Bryant and The Execu|Search Group, I was looking for a job that had the right combination of challenges and work-life balance. Bryant was able to find me opportunities at companies that would be a great fit for me and would help me accomplish my long term career goals.

On how TESG worked to meet his needs…

Bryant regularly checked up on me during the interview process and discussed the opportunities in great detail, including the company and their history.  He always made sure I was comfortable with all information and that I was prepared for each interview.

On preparing for the interview…

Bryant always made sure I was informed of every detail about the process for a particular company. He’d let me know what type of questions to expect and what to do to put my best foot forward. Prior to the interview, he also worked with me to refine my resume.

When Dario and I first started working together, it was important that we take our time in identifying the right role for him,” says Bryant. “Once Dario and I agreed to pursue his current opportunity, we were able to secure him an offer within two weeks. Dario and I had a great experience with this process and I look forward to working closely together in the future.”
