To celebrate another summer of hard work and achievement, The Execu|Search Group took some time to unwind and enjoy the warm weather. In a series of firm-wide event days, our employees had the opportunity to come together, have some fun, and connect with colleagues from different offices.

Our New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut offices assembled on Roosevelt Island for a team-based competition. After a day of challenging and fun activities, ranging from bubble ball soccer to an obstacle course, the White Team emerged as champions.

Meanwhile, our Boston office took part in their own event day at Rock Spot Climbing. Focusing on communication, trust building, and goal setting, rock climbing was the perfect team building event. Finally, our Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach offices met at the baseball field to cheer on the Florida Marlins.
