The Execu|Search Group is pleased to announce that we have earned a place on Forbes’ lists of America’s Best Recruiting Firms! Forbes compiled two lists—America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms and America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms—where The Execu|Search Group was ranked #83 and #43, respectively.

While Forbes’ Executive Search list focuses on firms specialized in permanent placement of executive positions with at least $100,000 income, the Professional Search list focuses on firms specialized in permanent placement of positions up to $100,000 income.

To compile this list of 250 search firms, Forbes partnered with analytics firm Statista, who invited thousands of recruiters, employees who have worked with recruiters over the past three years, and HR managers to take an online survey. The survey asked them to recommend up to 10 recruiting firms (excluding their own)—gathering a total of 14,500 nominations of recruiting firms. Statista also considered last year’s surveys with a lower weighting to account for consistently high reputations of recruiting firms.

This is the second consecutive year that The Execu|Search Group has ranked on Forbes’ list. “Our reputation as a leading firm would not be possible without the support of our dedicated team,” says Edward Fleischman, CEO of The Execu|Search Group. “While the job market continues to evolve and change over the years, our core values—integrity, flexibility, partnership, service, and community—have not.
