The Execu|Search Group is proud to announce that we have been selected by NJBIZ as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for the sixth year! This annual ranking recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process administered by Best Companies Group to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. One part encompassed an evaluation of our workplace policies, practices, benefits, and demographics, while another element included an employee survey that measured employee experience. The combined scores of these two phases determined the top companies.

The final rankings were revealed at a virtual awards ceremony on September 17^th. The Execu|Search Group, which has 8 offices, including one in Bridgewater, one in Parsippany, and one in Upper Saddle River, was named the 33^rd Best Place to Work in New Jersey in the large category!
