As General Counsel, Guido handles the firm’s legal matters and compliance functions. This includes the firm’s contract transactions, employment and corporate compliance, litigation and administrative proceedings, and risk management.

Guido has over 15 years of experience as an attorney in highly-regulated industries. After law school, Guido began his career as a prosecutor, handling criminal cases of all types, including domestic violence, white collar crime, identity theft, and technology crime. While there, Guido led investigations with local and state police, the FBI, Secret Service, and Department of Homeland Security. Guido then gained experience as a litigator at a law firm, defending healthcare professionals and hospitals in professional liability and licensure matters. Guido has since served as General Counsel for a top-100 ranked accounting firm and a national staffing and recruitment firm. In addition, Guido has conducted SOC-1 and SOC-2 audits and led over 30 presentations to professionals on risk management, cyber security, and eDiscovery.

Guido is a graduate of St. John’s School of Law and resides in Astoria, New York with his wife and two children. When not lawyering or parenting, Guido finds time to focus on technology, cycling, and gaming.
