After discussing opportunities with Moeen, Tandym was able to share their ability to offer extensive compensation benefits outside of the typical pay rate, including adding PTO within the consultants’ contracts.

Because of our long-term partnership, Moeen understood Tandym’s successful screening and submission process. Through a high level of trust, we were able to expand and add technical screening to our process which allowed our client’s hiring managers to cut down their interview time.

In addition, we were successful in getting consultants through the door quicker because of valid background checks for similar roles at existing clients. Since our partnership began, we’ve tripled our data center technician placements in 3 months and have expanded into other teams within data centers through a growing list of contacts at the global social media company.
