The Project

Our client, a state-owned public transportation system, needed to streamline and automate their day-to-day processes in technology, including project management, payment operations, and mobile app functionality. After detailed discussions about the client’s investment plans for these growth initiatives, it became apparent that we could provide a full suite of services to meet their needs.

In addition to these key business functions, our client desired further support staffing their entire healthcare clinic and vaccination popup sites during the pandemic and beyond.

After servicing the client in human resources for over 6 years, we used internal networking strategies to build connections with the client’s IT and Healthcare departments to better serve their needs to move technology and patient care forward.
