As Vice President of Ops Solutions at Tandym Group, Victoria oversees the operations strategy and implementation for our compliance and onboarding solutions.

Victoria brings to Tandym over 18 years of experience in the staffing industry. Prior to joining, Victoria held various leadership positions in operations roles.

In her role, Victoria is dedicated to driving operational excellence. Her leadership style comes from those she has been lucky enough to be mentored by throughout her career. She believes that being a good manager comes from finding satisfaction in helping others be productive.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration and Political Science from Wagner College. She currently resides in New Jersey with her family and dog. Outside of work, she is a pseudo competitive athlete—training and participating in various fitness challenges.
