Specializing in accounting, Victoria has been integral to our Professional Services division's continued success and growth. Victoria started working at Tandym in 1999 as an Operations Associate supporting Temporary Staffing, and quickly ascended to her current leadership role through her hard work and dedication to the company. Prior to joining Tandym Group, Victoria spent two years as a Research Associate at an international market research company.
Victoria’s attributes her success to her open and honest style of communication. “I always ensure I am very transparent with my candidates,” Victoria says. “I do my best to analyze the candidate’s potential and often guide them on their career paths beyond the initial job search.” Her ability to see beyond just qualifications on paper has built her a solid reputation, both within the internal team and with clients.
Victoria holds a BA in Psychology from Temple University. She enjoys travel, theater, opera, and biking.
