Vaishali joined Tandym Group in 2020 after over 20 years in the Healthcare industry. She has extensive HR experience in leading Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), and Organizational Effectiveness. Vaishali leverages data analytics to meet business objectives, while promoting accountability, driving employee engagement, and leading organizational change.

As a sponsor for the firm’s growing DE&I Committee, Vaishali will help create initiatives that promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to make a meaningful impact on the overall employee experience.

Vaishali graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University, with a degree in Communication and Political Science and minor in English. She currently lives in Hillsborough, NJ with her husband and 3 sons, and enjoys reading, baking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
