He is responsible for delivering scalable systems and driving efficiency improvements across operations, while enhancing the experience for clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Before joining Tandym, Satish was Chief Technology Officer at Korn Ferry Digital, where he defined and executed the organization’s SaaS, HRTech, and SalesTech strategies. He led the development and scaling of the Korn Ferry Intelligence Cloud, enabling data-driven decisioning and AI-powered insights to support growth across global client engagements.
Earlier in his career, Satish held senior leadership positions at ABB, where he spearheaded the creation of ABB Ability™—an industrial IoT platform connecting millions of devices globally—and co-founded the Operational Technology Cyber Security Alliance (OTCSA). In prior roles at Cisco, Satish led large engineering groups tackling cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity initiatives.
