As Vice President of Tandym Group’s Health division, Romina is responsible for handling sales across New Jersey. She joined Tandym Group in 2011 to help build the Parsippany office’s Healthcare division, which she cites as one of her biggest accomplishments.

“I enjoy fast-paced environments, and working at Tandym Group allows me to work quickly and efficiently,” Romina says. “Working under pressure is one of my strongest assets, and my sense of urgency is what allows me to relate to various clients and simultaneously build many long-lasting relationships.”

Romina has extensive experience in the healthcare field, both as a recruiter and as a case manager. She graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas with a B.A. in Business. In her spare time, Romina enjoys traveling, playing tennis, Zumba, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
