As a Senior Managing Director of Tandym Health, Rahul plays a vital role in leading the growth of our Locum Tenens specialty area. In addition to overseeing the Locum Tenens team, he strategically plans growth opportunities for the business to penetrate new markets.

Rahul joined Tandym Health in 2015 as a Physician Recruiter and has since quickly ascended to his leadership role by showing determination, consistency, persistence, and trust. He is a firm believer that great things can be accomplished if you work within a team where your values and goals are aligned. Under Rahul’s leadership, Tandym Group has been ranked one of the largest Locum Tenens Staffing Firms in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts.

Rahul graduated from the University of South Florida with a Health Sciences Degree in 2014 and then pursued his master’s in business administration with a concentration in Management at Northwood University.

Rahul is a member of Tandym Group’s Asian ERG committee, an Employee Resource Group dedicated to forming a diverse and culturally conscious workplace that provides inclusive and equitable opportunities for all. He enjoys spending time with his wife, family and dog, and is a huge Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, and Tennis fan!
