As a Senior Managing Director at Tandym Group, Micki oversees the company's Legal Services specialty area for our Professional Services division. Placing legal professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles, her clients include solo practitioners, global law firms, and corporate legal departments.

Micki began her career as a litigation associate for a mid-size law firm in Philadelphia, PA. After relocating to the New York City area, she joined a boutique legal staffing firm as a recruiter placing attorneys in both temporary and direct hire roles—quickly making the transition to business development.

Since joining Tandym Group in 2011 as a Director, Micki has played an integral role in building out the Legal Services division. She attributes her success in her nearly 20-year career to her commitment to long-term relationship building. “Rather than focusing on the immediate need, I take the time to get to know my clients and candidates on a more personal level and ensure they are educated on market trends,” says Micki. “It’s not about the number of placements, but rather the quality. I don’t promise what I can’t deliver, but I do promise to listen carefully and follow through with a proactive and honest approach.”

She currently serves on the business partner advisory committee of the New Jersey Association of Legal Administrators, working closely with Executive Directors and Office Administrators of New Jersey law firms. An accomplished, highly respected name in the legal staffing community, Micki regularly participates in panel discussions and workshops on resume writing, interview tips, and career transitions.

Micki graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University and received her JD from Temple Law School. Her hobbies include yoga and cross training, reading, and traveling with her family.
