Michael oversees our Accounting/Finance specialty area for the Greater New York market. His responsibilities include daily operations, managing strategic growth opportunities, and executing senior-level searches across various industries. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Michael worked in the public accounting field for several years before transitioning to the recruitment side of the business.

Michael leverages his accounting background and extensive recruitment experience to help clients build out their teams and professionals take the next step in their careers. He believes that relationships are his most valuable asset, which is why he cultivates long-lasting connections with everyone he works with. The success his network has found as a result of his efforts is the most rewarding aspect of his career—whether that’s seeing people thrive in a new role, watching their responsibilities advance over time, or helping a client grow their business.

Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Binghamton University. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending his time in Westchester, NY, where he lives with his wife and three children.
