As a Vice President of our Tech division, Matt oversees the firm’s staffing and service efforts across the Healthcare Technology space with clients nationwide.

Prior to joining Tandym Group, Matt spent 11 years at a large national talent solutions firm where he held multiple positions focused on business development and service delivery for healthcare clients. As the second hire in their Healthcare IT division, he helped grow this service line into one of the largest Healthcare IT staffing and solutions organizations in the industry.

Matt’s prior experience taught him the value of serving his clients through a combination of trust, transparency and creative problem solving. In today’s unique landscape, he knows healthcare organizations need partners who can listen, understand their complex challenges, and quickly deliver tailored solutions that evolve with their needs.

Matt graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and he currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and two sons. He enjoys live music, traveling, learning about bourbon, UNC basketball and Tennessee Titans football.
