As a Senior Managing Director of Tandym Health, Lisa partners between recruitment, account management, and the sales teams to drive fulfillment efforts across our Allied Health specialty area. These responsibilities include team management, problem solving, and process improvement.

Lisa joined our team as a new grad, shortly after being introduced to the recruiting industry at one of our internal hiring events. She worked on the Professional Services team for nine years, holding various leadership positions, before transitioning to our Healthcare division.

As a manager overseeing the Allied Health team, she is committed to promoting support, encouragement, and healthy competition among team members. She believes in continual training—accrediting much of her success to the ability to learn from peers, leadership, and other industry verticals. As a result, Lisa has developed a collaborative and flexible leadership style.

Lisa graduated from Marist College with a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, game nights with friends, jigsaw puzzles, and trying new recipes.
