As a Vice President at Tandym Group, Lisa oversees the Professional Services division’s Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and Office Support lines of business for the New Jersey market. She works directly with clients across these areas to identify the most talented candidates in the market for their contract, temporary, and temp-to-hire staffing needs.

Lisa is passionate about the staffing industry and gets a tremendous amount of satisfaction from helping people reach their career potential. “I take a very consultative approach when partnering with my clients to solve their staffing needs,” she says. “I take the time to visit their worksites, get a flavor of their culture, and listen closely to their concerns in order to determine the best solution.”

In addition to being a co-founder of Tandym Group’s Women’s Network, Lisa is very involved in a variety of leadership and professional associations, where she can connect with and learn from other inspiring professionals. Passionate about helping women advance in the workplace, she is an active member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce where she belongs to the Women in Business Steering Committee. Through her involvement with the committee, she regularly hosts leadership events as opportunities for the exchange of ideas among professionals in a variety of industries. Lisa is the chair of the Professional Women's Group at Dress for Success, where she helps disadvantaged women accelerate their job searches and build confidence by providing monthly speakers on financial health, work-life balance, workplace etiquette, and leadership training.

With nearly 20 years of staffing experience, Lisa has been a featured guest on FoxNews.com Live and has been quoted in the Huffington Post, Business News Daily, and Business Edge.

Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware. She currently resides in Montville, NJ with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, yoga, and traveling.
