As Chief Financial Officer of Tandym Group, Larry is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company.

Larry joined Tandym Group in 2022 after over 25 years in finance roles with multi-practice professional services firms. Prior to joining the firm, Larry was the CFO at Avaap, a PE-backed technology management and advisory services partner, where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm's finance and accounting functions, including treasury, risk management, financial planning, analysis and reporting, payroll, accounts payable, and taxes.

Prior to Avaap, Larry’s roles have included CFO of Optum Advisory Services, a division of United HealthGroup, CFO of Evidera, a PE-backed provider of pharmaceutical consulting services, and CFO at Bates White, LLC, an internationally acclaimed provider of economic consulting services. Larry has extensive experience working closely with executive leadership teams in a collaborative manner to develop actionable recommendations for driving continued revenue growth and streamlining processes.

Larry holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, and earned his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College. Larry resides in Princeton, NJ, with his wife and three grown children, and enjoys travel, golf, paddle tennis and skiing.
