As a Senior Managing Director of Tandym Pro, Jennifer Mrejen oversees our legal, office support, and human resources divisions. She primarily specializes in contract roles for human resources professionals in the New York City Tri-State area.

Jennifer graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s of Science and a minor in Management and Human Resources. She joined Tandym Group in 2004 with prior experience in both human resources and recruiting, which helped her develop the skills necessary for building strong, long-lasting relationships with her clients and candidates.

“I believe in working as a team and facilitating a culture that makes work both challenging and rewarding,” Jennifer says. “At Tandym Group, we create a unique environment that allows us to be who we are. Jennifer currently resides on Long Island, New York, where she enjoys spending time with her three children.
