As Vice President of Finance at Tandym Group, Jay has become key in running the Finance function of the firm, specifically in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Jay is a proud graduate of Fairfield University Dolan School of Business, where he earned his degree in Finance. He began his professional career at J.P. Morgan, where he honed his skills as a Business Analyst. From there, he moved on to an international law firm as a Financial Analyst and, most recently, excelled as the Manager of FP&A at a financial services firm, where he played a pivotal role in running the Finance Function.

Jay has been instrumental in steering the financial trajectory of the firm. His commitment to excellence and his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes make him an indispensable asset to the company. He currently resides in Jersey City, NJ and in his spare time enjoys attending sporting events, concerts, traveling, and playing golf.
