As President of Tandym Group, Dave is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, as well as managing the future growth plans for our departments.

Dave is a recognized professional in the staffing industry with more than twenty years of leadership experience. Dave is known for his leadership and mentoring skills and has consistently delivered top-line growth and operational efficiencies to the organizations he leads.

Prior to joining Tandym Group, Dave held many operational and sales leadership roles in several technology and general staff augmentation firms. In his career, Dave has been involved in the development and servicing of customers across numerous business domains.

Dave attended Villanova University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Stockton University. He is on the Advisory Board for the Seton Hall University Transformational Leadership program. Dave is married with three children, and enjoys golf, going to the beach, and playing rugby.
