As Executive Vice President of Tandym Pro, Cheri oversees the team’s daily operations and future growth plans.

Prior to joining Tandym Group, she was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Bumble in the tech industry. With over 25 years in the Talent Acquisition space, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as AOL, The Walt Disney Company, Prudential and Ryder. She has also run her own Talent Acquisition and HR Consulting Agency, RAZR Recruiting and Consulting.

Cheri holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University and currently resides in Weston, Florida. Outside of work, Cheri enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. Her hobbies include playing tennis, pickleball, and spending time in the gym.
