As Senior Vice President of Tandym Tech, Bob is responsible for identifying opportunities to better serve clients with their technology hiring needs.

Bob has spent more than three decades in IT Staffing—holding many leadership positions in branch and regional management. Prior to joining Tandym Group, he was a Vice President at an IT staffing company, where he was responsible for establishing and leading a Cyber, Cloud Security, and Dev Ops practice.

Bob is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through a unique approach. As a manager, he serves as a true mentor to his team—inspiring and motivating them to grow as salespeople, and be better partners to all those they work with.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science from Manhattan College, and a Master of Arts from Montclair State University. He currently resides in North Arlington, NJ. Outside of work, he enjoys officiating high school football, and spending time with his wife, three children, and three grandchildren.
