As a Senior Managing Director of Tandym Health, Becky plays a critical role in new business development and fulfillment. She has a passion for working with digital health start-ups, an industry vertical she has integrated into our Healthcare business.

Becky joined her team as a new grad. Starting as a recruiter, she learned the business by working with candidates across various healthcare specialties. As she advanced within the company, she leveraged her industry expertise and strong relationships to take on more business development. Becky attributes her success to her honest and relationship-driven approach.

Having started in an entry-level role, Becky is passionate about helping others grow in their careers. In her current leadership position, she strives to be a mentor for her team. Over the years, she has also led many networking initiatives for different groups at the company.

Becky graduated with honors from the University of Michigan. Go blue! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, rooting for Michigan sports, and staying active and exercising.
