Amanda is a Senior Managing Director of Tandym Health, one of the firm’s most expansive divisions. Amanda joined Tandym Group in 2008, following previous positions in healthcare staffing.

In addition to recruiting, Amanda oversees the division’s New York City operations where she places a strong emphasis on customer service—a practice she instills in her team. “I’m passionate about building open and honest relationships with both my candidates and clients,” says Amanda. “Recruiting is not about simply making a placement; it’s about finding the right fit for all individuals involved in the process.”

A graduate of Long Island University, Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Amanda currently resides in Westchester with her husband and daughter, and firmly believes that living a healthy lifestyle helps you achieve your goals, both personally and professionally.
