As a Vice President of Compliance, Amanda leads compliance initiatives across the company. Her team stays on top of current national, state, and local laws to ensure our staff are meeting all client requirements. Additionally, her team utilizes an abundance of resources and vendor partnerships to onboard high-quality staff and maintain their files.

Amanda joined the company in 2006. Prior to joining, she worked within the Retained Search space. Over the years, Amanda has placed diverse professionals in multiple industries and divisions, and has taken her knowledge gained from past experience and applied it to her current leadership role.

In 2012, Amanda was asked to join the Board of Directors for Women in Health Management. She is also an active member in ACHE'S Health Care Leaders of New York, Association of Health Care Human Resources Administrators (AHHRA), Greater New York Association of HealthCare Recruiters (GNYAHR), and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Amanda maintains her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute.

Amanda has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Mississippi State University. She currently resides in California where she enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with her family.
