As a Senior Managing Director of Tandym Health, Adam leads business development efforts for Tandym Group’s Healthcare vertical and oversees the recruitment efforts of the Physician team.

Adam joined Tandym Group in 2013 as a Physician Recruiter and throughout his tenure has transitioned into a role where he can foster long-term relationships with clients. As a manager, he is very passionate about helping others learn and grow and strives to be a great mentor to the people he leads.

Adam graduated from Syracuse University (Go Orange!) earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management as well as a Minor in Communications.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and family, hanging out at the beach, and golfing with friends.
