Our Legacy

Founded in 1985 as The Execu|Search Group by CPA Edward Fleischman, we began as an accounting and finance recruitment firm with a clear mission: to prioritize people over resumes and restore humanity to the hiring process. Drawing on his own career transition, Edward understood that a company’s success is built on its people.

Though recruitment was a paper-based industry at the time, we quickly gained a reputation for personalized service, trusted relationships, and market expertise. Over the years, we’ve grown exponentially, expanding into new markets and industries with a team of over 400 professionals nationwide.

While we take pride in our legacy as an executive search firm, Tandym has evolved into a full-service recruitment and workforce solutions company, connecting businesses with top talent across healthcare, professional services, technology, and life sciences. In 2022, we rebranded to better reflect our role in driving growth for both companies and careers.
