Sales
Our Sales team is responsible for building relationships with our clients, working to understand their unique talent needs, and serve as an indispensable guide on industry and market trends. As an Account Executive, you’ll cultivate new business relationships and partner with a team of recruiters to fulfill hiring needs for leading brands across the country. As an Account Manager, you will work together with our Account Executives and support them with their enterprise accounts. You'll become a primary point of contact for the client and serve as their trusted advisor—presenting candidates for open jobs, coordinating interviews, and facilitating next steps in the hiring and onboarding process.
Recruiting & Staffing
Direct Hire Recruiters and Contract Staffing Managers at Tandym Group have the same priority in mind: matching talented professionals with jobs (and companies) they love. Our recruiters have a deep understanding of the job market and take the time to review each candidate’s skillsets and career aspirations with them. They facilitate the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and interviewing, all the way to the job offer. Our recruiters remain in touch with their candidates throughout their career, ensuring they are happy in their roles, while offering any additional support they need.
