As CEO of Tandym Group, Byrne oversees the strategic direction, overall growth, and daily operations of the company.

Byrne has a proven track record of driving growth and creating high performing organizations, bringing together people and technology to enhance client, candidate, and employee experiences.

Before joining Tandym Group, Byrne spent 13 years at a public organizational consulting firm, where he most recently served as CEO of their Digital and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) segments. Under his leadership, the organization expanded its enterprise recruiting portfolio from its nascent beginnings in Professional Search and RPO solutions into industry leadership positions. Additionally, throughout his tenure, he led the firm's efforts to create a multi-faceted digital business model that established and strengthened unique value propositions for the firm’s Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Workforce Solutions.

Prior to that, Byrne spent more than 25 years in positions of increasing responsibility at both public and private companies.

Byrne holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Management Analytics from Northwestern University.
