As CIO, Len oversees technology operations across the firm. This includes all IT initiatives, spanning infrastructure, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and technical support. He also guides the overall technology direction for the company, arming employees with the tools to engage more meaningfully with employers and job seekers.

Len has more than 20 years of experience successfully designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions. His specialized knowledge and experience spans technology cloud strategy and O365, managing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and building out and overseeing first-class service and support teams. As a successful CIO and CTO, Len has built and applied technology and operations solutions for a variety of organizations—enabling them to achieve growth and success goals.

Len holds a Master’s degree in Management and Technology from NYU’s Polytechnic School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College. Len and his wife raise their three children and their mini golden doodle in New Jersey.
