As Senior Managing Director of Business Operations, Lisa ensures the company’s operations run efficiently and effectively. She helps improve business performance by driving strategic initiatives, with a focus on streamlining processes across teams, identifying and implementing new technology, and developing detailed reports to support decision making. In addition, she is the designated subject matter expert on the company’s ATS and CRM.

Lisa started her career as a recruiter at a staffing firm in Texas, where she worked exclusively with managed service providers and recruited across all industries. She joined our company in 2015 as an Account Manager for clients utilizing our workforce solutions. Shortly after, she transitioned to our Technology team for a new challenge. She held many roles during her four years on that team—working her way up to Managing Director, fully overseeing recruitment operations.

In 2020, Lisa was the first person to join Business Operations. Leveraging her previous operations experience, she has helped build the team from the ground up. Today, she oversees a team of seven subject matter experts who work across a variety of functions, including staffing operations, report development & analysis, and vendor management.

Lisa prides herself on being an expert problem-solver and strategic thinker. She attributes these skills, as well as the relationship-building experience she has gained in her recruiting career to her overall success.

She graduated from Texas State University with a BFA in Drawing, a BA in Art History, and a minor in Business. Outside of work, she likes to spend quality time with her husband—whether that’s travelling to new cities, or staying local and exploring the wineries and breweries around the DMV area.
