As a Senior Managing Director at Tandym Tech, Jennifer oversees the firm’s Technology staffing efforts across New Jersey.

With a strong background in technology staffing, Jennifer joined Tandym Group in 2015 as an Account Executive. Leveraging her experience, she led the Technology division’s expansion into the New Jersey market. She attributes this success to her passion for the industry, our dedicated resources, and her commitment to providing the best level of service to her customers.

“I take pride in the long-lasting relationships I’ve built in this industry over the years,” says Jennifer. “I prefer a more consultative and fully transparent approach when partnering with my clients. This not only involves understanding their people, culture, and business drivers, but also educating them on the evolving tech market. Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from James Madison University, where she was also on the varsity gymnastics team. She currently resides in New Jersey and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
