Jesse is responsible for overseeing and focusing on the expansion of the following areas of Professional Services for contract staffing: Accounting/Finance, Financial Services, HR & Administration, and Legal Services.

With over a decade's experience in the recruiting industry, Jesse joined Tandym Group in 2012 and ascended to his current leadership role after quickly exhibiting his commitment to client and candidate relations. He attributes his success to his personal approach and ability to take a step back and listen. "Recruiting is not a perfect science and every search is unique. When partnering with my clients and candidates, I first let them tell me about their past experiences and what they are looking for in a placement. Sometimes, simply listening to these stories is all it takes to find them the perfect fit."

Jesse graduated in 2004 from The University of Connecticut with a degree in Political Science. He currently resides in Westchester County with his wife and three children. In his free time, you can find Jesse perfecting his wine making.
