As a Vice President of Tandym Tech, Jennifer works closely with clients to identify the best talent in the market for their technology hiring needs.

Jennifer joined Tandym Group in 2019 with the acquisition of TechLink, bringing over a decade of recruitment and account management experience to the table. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on building long-term relationships and committed to providing the highest level of service.

“All relationships need to be built on a foundation of respect,” says Jennifer. “I teach my team to always treat every client and candidate like they are the most important person in the room. It’s simple, do your homework, make strong connections, and keep them by never leaving a stone unturned. Persistence and patience pay off.”

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. In addition to spending time with her friends and family, she enjoys baking and cooking.
