Jacqueline’s 20+ years with Tandym Group represents a great deal of drive and perseverance. Moving from the role of Receptionist to Managing Director over the years, she has a proven track record of contributing to the advancement to the firm and staff.

As Managing Director, Jacqueline is the primary HR and administrative resource for over 250 employees. Fielding questions ranging from healthcare coverage to facilities requests, she is required to wear many hats: “I consider myself the ‘go to’ person in the firm. When any employee has a question, I am the one they go to. With that, I must make myself available to everyone and gain the trust of all the employees so that they can rely on me for whatever their needs may be.

Serving in a role that calls for her to be highly accessible to the entire firm, Jacqueline focuses on making connections with all staff: “I believe that as a Managing Director, there are many different aspects that you must portray to your co-workers. Leadership, team work, and a strong work ethic are just some of the important components that build a solid group.”

Working closely with the administrative staff, Jacqueline understands the importance of the professionals responsible for the everyday functioning of the firm. “The administrative staff is a major part of the continued success of the firm. Without them, the office would not run as smoothly as it does.”

Jacqueline lives in Union Beach, NJ, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
